Matt and the Belle North Lakes team have been terrific from the time we first met. He has a relaxed and unpressured approach but also explains the selling process really well. What is an absolute standout is the communication. During the selling process at the end of every open home or inspection we received a phone call very promptly to discuss the potential buyers and their feedback about our property. Once a buyer surfaced, Matt stayed in communication advising the outcome of contract conditions as they were received, demonstrating he held good communication with the buyer also. The process of getting ready for sale and preparing open homes was made easier knowing our agent was 100% reliable and taking care of the sales side.
