I emailed and called more than 5 agents in Batemans bay .3 still have replied to me .Sarah was the only one that made the time in 24 hours of me arriving in the bay to give a fully documented appraisal. Sarah was diligent ,polite ,professional and efficient in providing information and as i said a fully documented appraisal .

Selling a home is stressful, but Luke, Cathy and the Belle Property team made the entire process feel well managed from start to finish.
Luke was incredibly proactive throughout the campaign. He went above and beyond to ensure our property was marketed extensively, not only to local buyers but to a much wider audience. His communication was outstanding—we always knew what was happening, what the next steps were and what buyer feedback had been. He was honest in his pricing advice, ran a well-executed campaign and successfully sold our home at auction.
While the final sale price wasn’t quite what we’d originally hoped for, we recognise that’s a reflection of the current market rather than the team’s efforts. Throughout the campaign, Luke and Cathy provided realistic advice based on buyer feedback and market conditions, and we always felt they had our best interests at heart.
Cathy is the consummate professional. This is the second time we’ve sold with her, and there’s a reason we came back. She has an exceptional understanding of the market, tells you how she sees things unfolding, and more often than not she’s right. Her experience, calm approach and negotiation skills are invaluable.

I would recommend Robbie Dunn and April from Belle Property North Richmond to anyone in the Hawkesbury who are wanting to sell their home.
We found Robbie to be up to date with the current market and to be responsible with his valuation.
Robbie's communication and above and beyond commitment is second to none.
We had an off market sale fall through at the last minute but we already had our hearts set on a property to buy. Robbie and April had our property listed within 48 hours and an open house booked for the following Saturday.
Robbie was committed to doing his best to find us a purchaser at the price needed for us to complete the purchase of the other property. He came through with flying colours.
Robbie communicated with our solicitor, the agent for the house we were hoping to purchase, prospective purchasers and ourselves. Our home was sold within 3 weeks at the price we required.

The experience we've had with James has restored our faith in Real Estate Agents.
My wife and I are now located in Adelaide and we were ready to sell our home in Glebe and needed someone that would take on the tasks to prepare the property for sale.
James was brilliant, he arranged all his trades to undertake all the necessary work and within 3 weeks it was ready to be staged. James arranged the staging and the photo's, video's and social media campaigns.
With the down turn in the property market in Sydney, we agreed with James' suggestion that we should simply set a price we were comfortable with and put the property up on a For Sale basis. Within one week James had the property sold.
