Working across Mount Lawley and surrounding suburbs, Dylan has developed a strong appreciation for the character of the area, from its established homes and community atmosphere through to the cafe and restaurant culture that continues to draw a broad mix of buyers and families. Before real estate, Dylan worked within the marketing industry, where he developed an understanding of consumer behaviour, brand positioning and the factors that influence enquiry, trust and engagement. That experience continues to guide the way he approaches property campaigns and client communication today.

Adaptable in both strategy and communication, Dylan understands that no two clients or campaigns require the same approach.
