The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Rochedale.
This role is ideal for an ambitious commercial agent ideally with experience in both sales and leasing who is looking to build a long-term career within a respected national brand.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing sales and leasing campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and database management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, developers, and business operators.

Generate and secure commercial sales and leasing listings.

Manage the end-to-end sales and leasing process from prospecting through to negotiation and settlement/lease execution.

Conduct appraisals, inspections, open viewings, and client meetings.
-
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns for commercial properties.

Prepare listing documentation including authorities, contracts, comparative market analysis, and leasing documentation.

Assist with the preparation of submissions, Information Memorandums (IMs), leasing proposals, and marketing content.

Maintain consistent communication with vendors and landlords throughout campaigns.

Follow up all buyer and tenant enquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate CRM records and an active pipeline of opportunities.

Attend internal training sessions, sales meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Contribute positively to the team culture and overall growth of the business.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing preferred.

Organised with excellent time management skills.

Experience using CRM systems and marketing platforms advantageous.

Current QLD Real Estate Licence/Certificate.

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
