Part of the Commercial Team at Acton | Belle Property South West since 2019, Josh has a passion for property and people and brings a lot of local knowledge to the table as a long term South West resident. A bright and energetic professional (loves his cricket!), he offers clients that rare combination of insight, honesty and high level of communication. 

As part of the South West team, Josh works closely alongside Tim Dale – with more than 4 decades in the industry. As a dedicated commercial associate, Josh specialises in commercial management, leasing and sales in this diverse and rapidly growing corner of WA. He is a great listener and has a natural ability to understand the needs and expectations of owners and tenants, building lasting relationships to the benefit of both. 

Josh has a well-rounded skillset and a talent for putting people at ease during what can sometimes be stressful situations. His in-depth understanding of the regional property scene comes from a solid appreciation of real estate in the state’s commercial market, as well as mentor support from some of the best professionals in the sector.
